Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect data you provide such as your username, email address and password.
Content and gameplay data
We collect data you generate in the App, such as profile details, in-game choices, scores, custom content and preferences.
Automatically collected information
We automatically collect technical and usage data, including device type, operating system, app version, language, unique device identifiers, crash logs and how you interact with the App. This is collected through third-party analytics tools.
Advertising data
The App displays advertising through Google AdMob. Our advertising partners may collect identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, as described in section 04.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate and maintain the App and your account.
- To save your progress, preferences and in-game content.
- To improve and personalise the App and fix problems.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To communicate with you about updates or support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
Legal basis (EEA / UK)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data based on:
- Your consent (for example, for personalised ads).
- The performance of our contract with you (to provide the App).
- Our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the App).
- Compliance with legal obligations.
Advertising
We use Google AdMob to show ads in the App. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage information to deliver ads. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
For users we know or treat as children, we instruct our ad partners to serve non-personalised, child-appropriate ads only. We do not allow behavioural advertising or remarketing to them.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the App — such as hosting, analytics, advertising and sign-in providers (including Google for analytics and AdMob advertising).
- Legal authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users or safety.
- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Children's privacy
Manjo is intended for a general, mixed audience and may be used by children. We take extra steps to protect younger users in line with the Google Play Families Policy, Apple's Kids guidelines, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR.
- We limit data collection from children to what is necessary to run the App.
- We serve only non-personalised, age-appropriate ads to children.
- We do not knowingly collect children's data for behavioural advertising or profiling.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, delete or export your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Users in California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have additional rights. To exercise any right, contact us below.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at kontakt@manjoapp.dk.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes may be communicated within the App.
